I just found a new wine I like very much and would like to know exactly what the name means. It is Merlot Cabernay Savunion Choncha y Tora. The spelling may be a little off but I am sure you know what I mean.

Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon are grapes. They are the two grapes blended to make that wine. Concha Y Toro is the Chilean producer of the wine.

If you are interested in wine, or getting there, you should get a hold of one or two introductory books--fascinating and informative reading.

Someone on here will come up with titles. There is always the "wine for dummies" series, but I do not recommend books that begin by calling readers names, although I hear the information in them is great!
