What wines go with what food

I am helping to open a new resturant and need to know what wines go with what food. If someone could please help me with this in the next few hours I would really appreciate it as I have to know this a for the most part have it down pat by Monday.Thankyou.

I hope this response isn't too late. I agree that you can get some wonderful ideas from Andrea Immer, she also has a web site that will help you so much. I use her buying guide book all the time. Its fun to give your comments on her site too. My take on this is......your in WA state. I would contact some of the wonderful winery's there. Tell them you will highlight their wine as your house wine and they will give you all the ideas imaginable. Most wineriers already have that information.
