I am looking for a really good red wine. One that is not too dry, does anyone have any suggestions?

Hi Chianti, and welcome to the Wine Board. How about Chianti Classico? A very nice one and a super QPR is Cecchi. It sells for $9-$11 most anywhere.

How about a nice Rosso di Montalcino such a Il Poggione, Roberto Franceschi at around $28?
