I got good feedback about the La Cour Pavilion '86 that i posted yesterday thanks to all who responded.
By the way I opened the bottle and the cork gave me some trouble but it turned out to be a fantasic wine as far as im concerned. I used it for a sauce for protabello mushrooms and it was a great success. The wine was fruity and full bodied, a great combination with a heavy fish like catfish or rare tuna. I will be searching through my liquer cabinets for something similar. thanks.
