Does it hurt wine (specifically, champagne) to be unrefrigerated if you refrigerate it for drinking and then don't drink it? i.e., do we have to drink the expensive bottle of champagne we refrigerated yesterday right away or can we take it out of the refrigerator and drink it at some future date?
