Hello Wine lovers...
I just have a quick question. I received a bottle of 1995 Saint-Hilaire Brut Sparkling Wine as a gift, but I do not know how long this bottle will last. I have heard that champagnes do not keep like wines. If that is the case with this bottle, I want to know if it is still good to drink or if I am too late. Can anyone help me?? Thank you.
Tracy

I had a bottle of the '97 a few months ago. Nice, simple little sparkler. Some sparklers can age, but they are rare.

Yours should be fine, pop it and drink it on up!
