I remember that a couple of years ago, a couple of the formites wanted to try to see the effects of long term storage in warmer situations versus cooler conditions. I think a couple of you offered to store on bottle above a fridge and one bottle in the cellar (of the same wine). I was wondering when we should pop to see the results!
