Hi Encendido, and welcome to the Wine Board. Almost any red wine can go with fillet steak. We prefer a Red Burgundy (which is made with the Pinot Noir grape) or a Cru Beaujolais such as Moulin-A-Vent (which are made from the Gamay grape).

Hi 27 aand add my welcome to the board.Iks' choice is excellent but my personal preference is a nice Cabernet Sauvignon.This probably because I'm an admitted worchester sauce on meat guy. WW
