Pre bubbly wine

I think meeself and the family , wife, 9yr and 15yr girls are going to have a great NY eve. Having choclate fondue(fruits and pretzels and honey made crackers), strawberry icecream cake, and??? What am I to drink before the bubbly, Port? WP

I suggest starting on the bubbly earlier than you have projected. Will make a festive drink with the fondue. Haappy in advance! WW

The Port will be fine with chocolate. So would a late harvest Zinfandel or one of the stickies from Southern France.
