Wine jargon confusing

I've been researching wine-tasting terms and have found numerous inconsistencies between one "expert" and the next. I've written an article trying to make sense of it all and would be grateful for feedback from anyone with knowledge of this mysterious dialect.

The only two things that I would add is examples that people can understand.

Tannin - unsweetened tea has a lot of tannin which dries out our mouth.

Acid - Lemonade is high in acid which actually makes your mouth water.

These are two things that everyone knows but probably don't realize it. Since they are so vitally important in a balanced wine and terms you hear all the time it's easier when people can relate it to things they already know.
