When I was in HighSchool I went to Germany and while I was there I bought a bottle of wine, which I returned home with. I know absolutely nothing about wine, but was wondering if I have a good wine now or if it is just run of the mill.... please help? I will list what the label says following this message!!!

Thanks a ton. =o]

Hi DB, and welcome to the Wine Board. Dry Rieslings which you have one of, can age nicely. I wouldn't waste too much more time getting to it, and it might be too late.

Kabinett is the lowest of the 4 types of QMP wines. QMP is the German classification designating no sugar was added in the process of making the wine. Doesn't necessarily mean it's bad or low quality wine, you just need to taste it and judge for yourself..
