I'm hoping someone can tell me about this year and vintner of this bottle of bordeaux. I received it from an estate of a wine collector. The bottle has been number 119. What would be the approximate worth?

The vintage was mediocre, the wine well past its prime and most likely undrinkable. Never even heard of the producer.

It's possible it's actually the Chateau des Tuileries, with a "T" rather than an "F". If that's the case, it's not a terribly great wine, and doesn't have any real value.
