Hi,
My Grandfather past away, and left me an unopened bottle of 1957 Ditta Verona Valpolicella. It's 1 quart leaning bottle wrapped in wicker. Any idea of its value?
Thank you,
Marc

Welsome, and sorry to hear of your loss. One of the more expert members on the board may chime in to confirm this, but IMHO the value in the bottle is only as a memento of your grandfather and/or as decoration. The contents have most likely, as I've seen another on this board put it, "gone to that great vinegar barrel in the sky."
