Okay, I had to scoff when I saw the recent Beringer commercial. After constantly being reminded (here on the board) that wines go with certain foods, I was quite surprised to hear the Beringer commercial say something along this line: "We here at Beringer have made our wines food-friendly. So, you won't have to worry about which wine goes with what food." Okay, so they think that their dessert wine (if they make one?) is going to taste just as great with my steak?!?!?!?!?!?!

Are they just trying to snow us over? Or what?!

Hi LB. Think what they are trying to convey is that Beringer makes all of their wines in a style that goes with the proper dish. WW By the way have you tried the Japanese sushi jernt in Carlsbad yet?
