I know absolutely nothing about wine...I'm just doing this for a friend of mine.

Anyway, from what I've gathered from other sites, this bottle is a 1964 vintage of Tarragona tawny wine. I don't know if it considered to be a port or not. Can anyone tell me more about this type of Spainsh wine, namely how much it would be worth...??

Other details on the label are "Bodegas 'clos vinate' (I think it means a walled wine warehouse of some sort...); also, it says that it was imported by House of Wines, Inc.

Hi Steve and welcome to the board. Sorry, but your friend has an old bottle of unusable vinegar. This is not a Port. WW
