I was wondering what type of grape is used in all of the cheap wino wines.

If there are any grapes, they are whatever they can get their hands on. There used to be vast acreages of "field grapes" used to make bogus Chablis and bogus Burgundy as well as even lesser wines such as Boone Farm. Collectively these are known as "jug wines." White "fields" included colombard, palomino (the green eating grape) and others.

These days many of the "fields" have been torn up and replanted with higher quality grapes. With increased plantings of quality grapes around the world, there is now a glut of quality grapes. Some of these are finding their way into the Boone Farms of the world.

If there are grapes in Boones Farm I will be completely surprised. The tip off is on the label. If it doesn't say something about table wine or grape wine, than there likely aren't any.

Makes no difference anyway; the stuff has no relationship to table wine whether or not grapes are used in it, and only those seeking to get drunk should even consider putting that garbage into their bodies.
