KJ Chardonnay Grand Reserve 2002

I want to give a red wine lover, a good white for a gift. and Kendall Jackson Chardonnay Grand Reserve 2002 was highly recommended to me at the local wine shop.

has anyone tasted this wine? is it any good?

another recommendation was CK Mondavi Chardonnay, Willow Springs Vintage 2003

As you can probably tell there aren't many KJ fans here as well as CK Mondavi.

Do you have an idea of what you want to spend? My first choice for chardonnay would be out of the Chablis region of France, second would be Burgandy. Both regions are fabulous producers of Chardonnay.
