Pairing is where I always need help. I often eat salmon. What goes well with it? I know I can use reds or whites, but I prefer reds. Thanks!

Welcome, biggie. I often eat salmon and like to pair with Pinot Noir, my fav, or a light Chianti, not a Reserva. Check the Italian and Pinot Noir threads for specific recommendations.
