i'm going to offer a Pinot Noir or a rose wine, what are some items that i should include in a basket or shopping bag. that will acompany this type of wine(s)?

Some smoked salmon, prosciutto, light salamis, thin & light crackers, and small bottles of mustards and horseradish.

I like Innkeeper's suggestions for the Pinot Noir (also maybe a hard cheese such as cheddar). For the rose' you might consider smoked turkey or chicken instead of the salmon.
