I just purchased a bottle of Late Harvest Johannisberg Riesling. Chateau Grand Traverse Michigan 2001. Should this be served at room temperature or chilled?

Welcome to the board, SD. I'm not familiar with the winery, but a late harvest Riesling should be served well-chilled, as a dessert wine. It will have a substantial residual sugar (RS) content, making it suitable for serving as a dessert all by itself.
