Lemberger

Can anyone tell me a bit about Lemberger? I just got a bottle from Blasted Church (formerly Prpich Hills Winery) which is in Okanagan Falls, British Columbia.
Also, is better served slightly chilled?

Suggest you treat it like a Beaujolais. Slightly chilled worked well for that one.
