California Cabernet

I have acquired a bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon.
I can't find anything on the cellar other than some property in San Jose.
The label is as follows;

Rancho Yerba Buena

Cabernet Sauvignon
1976
Cellared and Bottled by Rancho Yerba Buena Cellars Madera California

If anyone can give me some info on this cellar I would apperciate it.
