I am totally new to anything dealing with wine. I have a bottle of 1989 Chateau Ducru Beaucaillou Saint Julian that was given to me as a gift. I am wondering when is the best time to open this bottle?? Is it better to drink it soon or store it longer. Thanks for any help.
