I want to open this bottle now. I don't know if I should go ahead and open it. I don't know anything about this vineyard. Help?

O.k., thanks for your reply. I received this bottle as a wedding gift last year and I was not sure when Cabs peak or if 99 was a good year, etc. Thanks.
