I just wanted to stop in and say hello. don't worry, my username does not reflect my favorite! (although my jewish girlfriend introduced me to it during a sader!) I have grown a palette for beer and felt like i needed something new so i switched to wine. I love all of the interestng flavors and aromas.I want to learn everything about wine that I have about beer, i.e. history, tasting, and the many complex subtleties which we all enjoy! Thanks
