how to know wine are ready to drink or it still young?
how many years is consider young ?

Hi Wayne and welcome to the board. There's no way to answer your question intelligently as 90 to 95% of all wine is made to be drunk on release. Experience with the other 5% is the most reliable method. Make friends with a knowledgable wine merchant who can guide you on specific bottlings. WW
