One thing to watch for is those cards are often for the previous vintage. Make sure the year on the card matches the year on the current supply on the rack. Other than that it is ok, but there are many other ways to find out whats what. This board is a good start. Read often. People give tasting notes all the time. Also, find a good store in your area. They may have tastings once in a while where you can try before you buy. Also, read the mags. You may not always agree with the ratings, but it can be a good way to get a baseline.
