Port?

I don't know much about ports but over the Christmas days, a friend opened a bottle of port and I wondered how much this would cost and if it's readily available and if this particular kind is considered "good" port.
It was Rozes Porto
Made in Portugal in 1991

Also it stated that this was 20% alcohol. Does this mean that it is fortified??

All Port is fortified, willp--a still wine with an addition of clear brandy that was distilled from wine.

As for the Rosez Porto: not familiar with it, but if the label says Porto and the wine was produced in Portugal, then it must be real Port.

The Rozes likely was a vintage port, which means it is the best kind of Port. (It could have been a Late Bottled Vintage, which are also dated)

Rozes is not particularly a top brand. Now/recently was a good time to drink it.

Vintage ports of any maker are less widely available than table wines.

They will generally cost around $25 and up. Rozes is among the less expensive and has reasonable availablity.
