Could someone please suggest a nice fairly expensive Chardonnay for a gift for my sister. She likes the whites...(sometimes the reds cause her a headache problem)...
Thanks
Susie

Get a cru Chablis or a very nice Pouilly-Fuisse. Both are French whites made from Chardonnay.

Both exhibit the flavors of the grape and the earth in which they were grown rather than the vanilla and wood from the new oak barrels to which they were NOT subjected.
