Making Grappa

I am making muscadine wine. I was wondering if I can legally make Grappa for personal use in the USA. If so, What is the process?

Hi Malisa, and welcome to the Wine Board. You need to distill them/it. Check with your local ABC about legality. Don't want to be accused of making Arkansas jokes, but it should not be too hard to get information and equipment around there.
