Need Help Finding a Fruity or Berry tasting wine

Alot of the wines i have tasted, taste strong like alcohol and not very fruity. I need help finding a wine that tastes fruity or Berry. Im not big on Merlots I would prefer a blush or white wine. Thank You

Welcome. In reds it sounds like a Sangria may be the ticket or maybe a Beaujolais-Villages. It may be too late for a Beaujolais Nouveau, which wasn't that good this past fall anyway. As for white, perhaps a sweet reisling ot potguguese vinho verde. Good luck.

For a nice blush wine try Buehler White Zinfandel. I'm a newbie wine drinker and this was very enjoyable to me. Many people seem to like Beringer's white zin but having tried both, I like the Buehler much better.

I second the Beaujolais and riesling suggestions. You might ask for a Mosel Spatlese wine such as Wehlener Sonnenuhr or Urziger Wurzgarten. Leitz Rudesheimer Drachenstein is another pleasant German wine (inexpensive) if you can find it. Vouvray is a French wine from the Loire Valley that can be off dry (semi sweet). It's from the Chenin Blanc grape. Barton & Guestier, DuBoeuf, Jadot, and other French importers sell a Vouvray.
