Need help with a wine choice

Hi!! I need help picking a bottle of wine for my neighbor. He has become a pretty good friend in the past 2 months and I know that he is a big wine lover. I need a good bottle that won't break me, but one that he won't turn his nose up at...any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Hi Princess and welcome to the board. Need a little more info. Does hr like white, red, or blush wines? Ask him his favorite wine and we can probably steer you to an affordable alternative. WW

Thanks...he like both red and white...and I will have to peek in his apt. to see what types he has...I'll investigate...and let you know!!
