Between the following Riojas, which one is a better buy:

Lorinon Crianza, 98
Vina Pomal, 95, Reserva
Ostatu Crianza, 97
Baron De Ley, 96, Reserva

I'm just starting to explore Riojas and don't know much about them.

Any help??

I don't know about the relative good value, since you did not post the prices, but I can tell you that Vina Pomal used to be one of my all-time favorite Spanish wines. Lately, however, their prices seem to outpace the quality.

An excellent Rioja for the price is the 1994 bordegas monticillo gran reserva. For 19.99 you can't beat it with a stick and it is heavenly.
