2002 Santa Barbara wines

Hi, I am getting married in June to a man who is obsessed with wine. I am quite a novice and I was hoping someone might have some suggestions for a good bottle of wine that I could give him as a gift. I'd like it to be from somewhere in Santa Barbara County from 2002 or 2003. He prefers red wines to whites. Other than that, I don't have any criteria or qualifications. I'm definitely open to other suggestions as well! Thanks for your help!

Hi msmrs and welcome to the board. Go to the Pinot Noir/Burgandy thread. You'll find notes on lots of Santa Barbara wines. They are are smidgen pricey but if you can find them they are for the most part delicious. WW
