Question about the film Sideways(wine related)

I had heard a "Blurb" on the news that some wine aficionados were upset about this film.

Anyone know what this would be in reference to?

The only negative buzz I've heard is that the film has produced a spike in sales of Pinot Noir wines... as much as 22%. And there's concern that price increases will follow.
