My cable Co, Cox, is in the process of setting up their proprietory wide-band system. This of course entails the dummy weener trying to put into place a new E-Mail address, changing security codes, etc. Needless to say I'm in the process of a mental breakdown. My son-in-law, the puter 'spert is in Paris. May a 4 pound ecsargot fall on his little toe and his waiter do the Buid-Lite shuffle with his bottle of 82 what-ever. sorry, WW. I also have Cox and while I don't have to change codes or passwords, it is indeed a pain in the patootie. You have my sympathies. WD

Sympathies, WW. I went through that a year or so ago with Time-Warner's Roadrunner cable modem. Yeow, was that traumatic! I kept my old stand-by dial-up ISP as back-up until a couple of months ago. Hang in there.
