Override

Sometimes, like last night, I encounter override when typing a post. This means when you go back to correct a word it erases the letters in front of where you are typing. I have gone back to my Word program to see if I had accidentally activated it. This is not the case. How does one deactivate it if one encounters it on the board?

You must of hit the "insert" button by accident. It is right next to the backspace button on most keyboards, so this is easy to do. If it happens again, just hit the insert button again and it will revert to normal. When you close your browser, it will automatically revert to the normal mode as well.
