I bit the bullet and switched from dialup to cable modem service.

Why did I wait so long?

Great connection--quick and more reliable (so far).

If only I could keep the yellow lights in line...they vansih at whim and they stopped appearing on the suitcases a while back. (Those locks look like suitcases to me.)

Congrats, Foodster! I never want to go back to dial-up. But be aware that cable modems are more vulnerable to hacking, so you need a good security package. (Anything but Zone Alarm!)
