What is the recommended temperature for storage of everyday drinking wine? Not wine that is being aged.

Hi Mark, and welcome to the Wine Board. Your place of storage should be 60 degrees F or less. Freezing is not recommended, but not disasterous. Spikes up to 70 degrees can be tolerated, but prolonged exposure over 70 would be disasterous.
