Viscount Wine Store in NY

Does anyone know this store in Wappingers Falls, NY? They have a wine I am interested in, I would like to know if they can be trusted to store it in proper conditions until shipping time (to Texas - at least November), and if they generally have proper storage and display conditions. Thanks.
