Greetings,

I'm thinking of using a company called Premier Cru for the first time...

Has anyone here used them before? What are they like to work with? Here's a link for their website:
http://www.premiercru.net/premier/jsp/company/homepage.jsp

Thanks in advance.

So many wines... so little time!

Cheers

If this is the Preimer Cru in Oakland I've bought wines from them since the early 80s'. Very knowledgable and reliable company with loads of knowledge. Since I don't drive to Napa 6 times a year I've been buying most of my "Can't Find" wines from Vintage Wines in San Diego. They also used to have a killer restaurant above the wine shop if you're there. WW

Hi WW,

Thanks for the info... I was looking into ordering a few things from them in anticipation of my trip down to San Francisco in October.

They seem to have an incredible inventory of Burgundies, which we don't see much of up in my neck of the woods.

Had sent them an email asking about one of their wines 3 days ago... haven't heard a peep back from them yet. Is this standard operating procedure for them?

Thanks again.

Cheers

PS: This company is located in Emeryville. Still haven't received a response back from them yet... 2 weeks now! I think I'll give this company a pass!
