I guess it must have been through WW that I heard of Vintage Wines in San Diego. My oldest nephew and godson is getting married in San Diego in September and I wanted to get him and his bride a couple bottles of a premier cru red burgundy--one for the honeymoon and one for the fifth-year anniversary. I contacted Vintage Wines and they are holding two bottles of 1999 Chambolle-Musigny Les Fuees for me. I will pick them up a day or two before the wedding.
Saves me carrying wine on the airplane.

Tell John that we are friends.....It'll only cost you an extra 20%. He has a restaurant above the store that is a must frequent. You can buy your bottle at Vintage and take it up to Aux Delices for a modest 6 buck corkage. WW

Sounds good. I will probably have dinner at the restaurant the day I pick up the pre-ordered wines.

wondersofwine, take my advice: don't tell anyone you are friends with ww, unless you want paternal law suits and various collection agencies contacting you.
