Vacation travel....finally

okay....been traveling a bit too much for my company and now moving a bit closer to my vacation. Going to be visiting the islands of Greece and Istanbul. On the islands, will spend maybe 1/2 day hunting down some Greek wineries and trying those crisp white wines of theirs. I want to see their vineyards too which have an interesting way of arranging their vines (in like a crown fashion on the ground).

I will be leaving in about a week for two. Any recommendations for either Athens, Santorini (saying in Oia), or Istanbul?

No recommendations. Just have a great time. Kali mera or kali spera (spelling?) (Approximation of good morning or good evening).
Santorini is beautiful. A friend from church will be visiting Greece about May 20. Tour goes to Athens, Santorini and Mykonos but not Crete.
