Choice of four wines at $5.00 or reserve wines at $10. I did the $10 tasting.

2009 Griva Sauvignon Blanc
100% estate fruit. 97% Sauvignon Blanc fermented in stainless steel tanks and 3% Semillion fermented in neutral oak.

2009 Saignee de Pinot Noir Rose'.
Delicate blush color. Frothy when first poured. An element I couldn't identify--maybe cherry skin.

2007 Rosella's Pinot Noir, Santa Lucia Highlands, Monterey County, Ca.
Pale burgundy color with transparency. (Winery notes say bright ruby red.) Black cherries on the nose and palate along with some clove.

2004 Ocean Block Cabernet Sauvignon.
Single-block bottling. Leggy on glass. More fruit than leather, tobacco, etc. Winery notes mention coffee and dried spices and spicy cedar but I didn't pick up on these.
