1984 Premiat Cabernet Sauvignon

I 'll be the first to admit...I do not have much clue when it comes to wines, their value, and whether or not they taste good....so I'm here to ask anyone/someone if they know anything about this bottle of wine that came from my father n law. He left us w/quite a bit of stuff and collectibles about 6 yrs ago and w/it was a bottle of wine...I don't think he was by any means a connoisseur of fine wines but I thought it wouldn't hurt to ask.
1984 Premiat Cabernet Sauvignon from Romania.
So can anyone tell me...is this worth anything...taste or value? I'm not looking to sell it if it is...just curious. Any input/comments are welcome. Thanks and have a wonderful Thanksgiving!
