30 day wine

Hello,
Some years ago we made what we called "The 30 Day Wine".
Almost anything could be used - even tried watermelon and that worked.
We wanted to do this again but noone can remember the recipe. It did involve yeast and raisins and of course, crushed fruit.

Does anyone have this recipe??
