To loverofmusic, (me too); I have a few recipes, grape, strawberry, cherry etc., don't know how they turn out having never made them, but they came in a making kit I purchased. I tried to make some grape this past summer from concord for my first try, its aging now, Having done this with fresh fruit, I now realise it would have been much easier had I purchased California grape concentrate (starting at 80-100 bucks for 5 gal batch)which would come with it's own recipe for additives. I'm just doing it for the fun and experience, not expecting much of a drink from my concords. WP
