Help,,, Red Wine ??

This is only my second year making wine.

I went last night to get my grapes and the place I got them from pressed my reds instead of giving the skins and everything to me. I didnt notice this till I got home and added the campden tablets to them.

Is this wine going to end up like a Rose'??? What can I do to 5 galons of reds to make them have the body their supposed to?????? Please Help!
