I'm trying this on my own . All of my equipment has been sterilized and put together, now what i'm looking for is a time frame for the fermentation process.Could some one please give me an idea.Does it depend on the fruit used?Temp?Just a basic time frame will do till i get the hang of it.
Thank you Andrew J Brisson

Hi Kull, and welcome to the board. If you say pretty-please and talk to him with the required reverence I'm sure Foodie can answer your question as he be a retired (?) winemaker. Good Fermenting! WW
