Wine totes in restaurants

Have not yet crossed the Rubicon of Geekdom and taken my own stemware into a restaurant, but that day is getting closer. Even the better restaurants in this area offer only glasses with the conventional rolled edges; and since we always use Riedel at home, I've found that I really miss them when we go out, and have to drink nice wine out of inferior glasses.

The solution will be to carry our own glasses in a wine tote. But since we don't know what we'll have for dinner until we see the menu (or chalkboard), that will mean carrying two stems for whites and at least two for reds (if not four, to provide an alternative pair for PN). We probably won't bring our own wine, because that practice is not at all common in this area; so we'll be able to use a tote's full volume to carry only glassware.

Any suggestions for the type of tote I should look for?

Have a system that gets the message across, particularly in typically crowded restaurants. When the server brings the inferior stemware to the table, I ask to see the owner/manager and say, in just the right tone of voice (not too loud and not too soft), WHY ARE YOU USING THESE LOUSY GLASSES WITH SUCH A LOVELY BOTTLE OF WINE?

Wherever I take my own wine in, I automatically take my own glasses. I have either I nice box that I can take in wine and glasses for up to four people, or an attractive basket, complements of "Grey Goose Vodka," that I can put two magnums in. I always get complemented on it, and it hasn't offended anyone yet.
